Photographed on 4x5 south of Rome, Oregon, and north of Three Forks. This is perhaps the most difficult stretch of the Owyhee River to raft. Just downstream is the Owyhee River's Widowmaker Rapids. On the horizon left of center, Steens Mountain highlighted with fresh October snow can be seen.
